Today is Thanksgiving, a time to give thanks for everything we have and to pray for everything we don’t. A day to eat with family and watch football.
Tomorrow is Black Friday, a time to forget all the f***ing peace and beat down other shoppers with carts in order to grab the deals you want. And we, as gamers, often reap some of the best deals. So, without further ado, I’ve compiled some insane (and not so insane) Black Friday Deals.

Some people just strike me as stupid. Some people just strike me as greedy bastards. It’s not wrong, it’s just human nature to judge people.
Now, in my opinion, I can’t decide if Randy Nunez is stupid or greedy. Maybe he’s both. Randy Nunez has filed a class action lawsuit against Bungie and Microsoft. Why?

AHH!!! AWGP34 ISN’T OUT! NO NEW BLOG POST IN DAYS!!!! OMGWTFBBQ AWGP PODFADED AGAIN WE WON’T SEE ‘EM AGAIN FOR A MONTH!!!!
Hey, I know. I suck, it’s true. Timeframes? They don’t suck. But me and Timeframes aren’t on speaking terms right now. We won’t even go to the same party. Sure, Timeframes has tried to apologize, but I’m stubborn and I won’t admit I was wrong. Like water and electricity folks, we just don’t go together.
I’ve been busy as hell lately, and I’ve tried to get up a blog post. But that’s been failing as of late. So, I figured while giving you an update, I’d actually write a blog that wasn’t about just games.

GameSpot UK is confirming the latest rumor that’s been making the rounds. A post on Evil Avatar said that the poster’s friend knew that Target was pulling Manhunt 2 from store shelves.
Official word from Target:
Target strives to provide merchandise that will appeal to a wide variety of guests. We also want guests to be comfortable with the purchasing decisions they make at Target. All video games and computer software sold at Target currently carry ratings by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB)–from early childhood through mature audiences. While Manhunt 2 was given a Mature rating by the ERSB, we received additional information that players can potentially view previously filtered content by altering the game code. As a result, we have decided not to carry the game.
The official release doesn’t say if the ban affects all versions of Manhunt 2, but it’s safe to say that it only relates to the PSP version, given the recent hack that removes the filter (but of course, you knew that after listening to AWGP33). And while you can’t find Manhunt 2 on Target’s website, you can find other family favorites.

Ok, let’s get the fun stuff out of the way first. AWGP33 is now available for your listening pleasure through podOmatic or iTunes. In this week’s show, we talk about Zack and Wiki, Team Fortress 2, how game reviews are broken, and what would be the PS3’s system seller. Have at it!
For our longtime listeners, welcome back to the old blog! And if you’re one of the newer listeners, take a look. This is where you’ll constantly find new game related news articles, opinions, and more. We deliver a podcast at the end of the week, but you can still catch up on game news each day here.
We want a strong community here. I mean, we do have our listener base, and we love you guys. I’m always blown away by who listens to our show, be it how many there are and your great discussion questions. You guys rule. But if you could, tell your friends and have them check us out. The more listeners we have, and the more questions we get help to make the blog and the podcast better and better.
And most importantly, tell us about the show. What do you like? What don’t you like? What do you want to hear more of? Your opinion really matters to us.
On the left, you’ll see links to a few places that you may want to go to if you haven’t already and help support AWGP.
Here’s to a fresh start of the blog!
